Emergey plan is a general program of action to be followed in the event of fire,explosion, inundation or other emergency in the mine for dealing with the situation effectively and efficiency. It is includes duties and responsibilities of mines official,keyman and telephone operator so that every such person knows what is expected of him in the event of an emergency in the mine.
