Duties of Welfare officer
To establish contact and hold consultations with workers to maintain harmonious relations between management and workers.To bring to the notice of management grievances of worker.The promoter relations between management and employees for better productivity and efficiency,and amelioration in working condition,To helps workers to adjust and adapt themselves to the working environment.To assist information of production committee,cooperative society,welfare committee and housing commute and to supervise their work.To help management on welfare measures (housing facilities,canteens,social and recreational facilities,sanitation,education of children etc).To supervise statutory and other welfare activities for employers.To help raise the standard of living of workers and to promote their well-being.To perfrom any other duty relating towelfare of workers.
