Subjects overman's report

Overman's report book is generally a printed book.It is a bound book and the pages are serially number. After filling up details like name of mine,seam,district, date/time of inspection and parts visited,he write a report on the following topics (A to M).                                          A .Saftey material:- supply made during the shift and whether the stock u.g.is adequate. Material required.                     B. ventilation appliances:-condition,any deficiency,Any stopping,brattice,or air pipe lagging behind(give particularly),Any  re circulation of air by auxiliary fan, Deficiency in use of safety lamp by mining sirdar/shotfirers/other competent person,%of inflammable gas detected,name of face,action taken.             C.Haulage:Saftey divices and appliances-condition/deficiency.Any person found travelling by haulage road action taken.   D.any danger observed-action taken,fenced or not.                                       E. Deficiency noted in the support of freshly exposed roof or dipillaring district..Name of stock from which supports were withdrawn.                               F. Updated.                                                       G.face within 10m of each otherInstructions issued to mining sirder and shortfire.                                                    H.a normal seepage of water  Give details.                                                                 I.person  sent out of the mine; Name reasons.                                                              J. Saftey direction: Direction given.            K.confirence with success ; Give details.   L.Place cause and other details.                 M.give a descriptive report at the end the overman signs the report giving date and time.
