Duties and Responsibilities of Over man
The over man shall have responsible charge and control of his district,carry out duties assigned by the manager and make inspection and write report required by the regulations.He shall carry a tracing of the district under his charge and keep it updated. To ensure proper warking,saftey and discipline,he shall #enforce provisions of Regulations.*implement directives of manager and senior officials,and keep control overman.
