Liquid oxygen explosive shall not be used in u/g.Only catridge from explosive should used in mines.NO container shall contain 5kg of explosive and person not more carry than1 container. Provide that by order of CI larger quantity of explosive shall be carried in a single container.For solid blasting in coal$for drivage though rock permission to carry more than5kg explosive.At the reserve station the container shall be not less than10meter.apart of detontor also keep not less than 10m.away from the expive container.No person other than shot firer and also helper should be present with in a distance of 10m.Where priming is done.The explosive in bunk shall be transported to the site of blasting not more than 30min,before the commencement of charging the hole.Not more than200detontor are transported in a vehicle at a time. Explosive vehicle marked with the world Explosive in red letters not less than 25cm on a white background. Explosive vehicle shall not be driven at a speed exceeding 25km/hr. Explosive vehicle shall provide with not less than two fire extinguisher (one of carbon tetra chloride type for petroleum fire and other of carbon dioxide type for electrical fine)No person other than driver and his helper (not below 18years of age).shall ride on the Explosive vehicle.Every Explosive vehicle shall be inspected once in 24 hours byC/P.All opertion connection with the transport of explosive shall under the supervision of an overman who is incharge of blasting operation.IF30or more than person are employed below ground under the charge of competent person,(appointed under regulations 113)such person shall not be performed the duties of a short firet.

  When a truck or dumper backs up a person standing behind the vehicle may get crushed.To alert such a person truck/dumpers are provided with audio visual alarm.As soon as the vechile is put in reverse gear, a special horn starts blowing and the backlight flashes.It is a statutory requirements that truck,dumper or loader shall not be run unless the audio visual alarm is working.
